Flesh and the Devil is a 1926 American silent romantic drama film directed by Clarence Brown and stars Greta Garbo, John Gilbert, Lars Hanson, and Barbara Kent, and based on the novel The Undying Past by Hermann Sudermann. It was released by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer on December 25, 1926.
