A Moment to Remember is a 2004 South Korean romantic drama film based on the 2001 Japanese television drama Pure Soul. It stars Jung Woo-sung and Son Ye-jin and follows the theme of discovery in a relationship and the burdens of loss caused by Alzheimer's disease. The film was released on November 5, 2004, in South Korea.
